Love this yoga block, very versatile, perfect for stretches and other exercises. The value is amazing and this works like a dream ! After researching this product extensively prior to ordering I was confident in the quality. I did consult with my yoga instructor and they indicated that these seemed like decent quality. Having used them I can confirm that they are firm, dense, they keep their shape and they do everything I hoped they would do. The grey color is pleasing and goes with about any decor. It also came with a strap which is great for stretching. Great quality. Great value - and they are holding up exceptionally well.

Es un cubo muy cómodo y suave, también provee mucha firmeza para poder realizar actividades como yoga o entrenamiento de flexibilidad. La superficie es muy delicada, mi tortuga con subirse a él lo dejó todo rayado, recomiendo no dejarlo al alcance de las mascotas si quieren mantenerlo en perfecto estado. La decoración de los lados es muy bonita y la calidad alta.

As a beginner in Yoga I didn't know what I required from such blocks. Having now used them a number of times, they are very good for someone of my level and I feel they are good value.
