- This Window Tint Meter is a hand held device that measures the amount of light that passes through a window. It measures the total amount of Visual Light Transmission (VLT) through a window and any coating (tint film) on that window.
- This is designed to measure the total VLT of a window after it has been treated with after market window film. The device slides over a partially rolled down window, does its calculations, and in seconds displays the readings on the LCD.
- Applicable to measure the transmittance or haze of all kinds of transparent, translucent samples with parallel plane (such as automobile manufacturing, aerospace, glass products, plastic sheet, sheet, etc). Also can be used to determine the turbidity or clarity of liquid sample (water, drinks and so on).

Very disappointed with the accuracy of the meter to the point that it is unusable eg when reading AS 30 window glass the meter shows 15/18 percent

When calibrating using 100% method. It was wildly inconsistent even on the plate it gives to check calibration. When calibrating using the 0% method it was consistent and accurate everytime

I used this meter one time! The light no longer works on it. I own a tint shop in greer SC. This product is absolute garbage

I would give this meter a 0 star if I could it's completely inaccurate and impossible to get accurate readings it will not calibrate and I'm just completely not happy

Used it for few days, the reading is accuract. I prefer to test the accuracy before using and see if need calibrate.
