Not only is it a great design but its really fun to play with even for me. We got this for our 4 year old son. He uses it often. Great learning tool and lots of fun.

My 2.5 year old niece loves it! She’s still figuring out how to trace the letters but even after playing with it for one day, she noticeably has a better ability to hold and move the pencil. It’s also a fun way to practice continuing to learn her letters when she plays “teacher†with her dolls.

My 2 year old twins love these boards! We have the letter and number ones. It keeps they busy for a long time! The board is sturdy, magnet is strong, it's easy to carry and the beads are secured and safe. The only downside is it is a little hard to push the beads back in.

Safety is to make sure no beads would come out! No Beads Come out! With the pen on a strong the board and pen stay with each other. No losing it! My grandchildren love it to play with, they're only 2.5 yrs old & they making the beads come up & they push them down. Its fun for them.This is made very well and performs greatly! The size is fine because your going to be lets say on the floor, sitting with your knees up, or at a table or desk will work great. Colors are really cool and its a well worth it product for little ones to learn then abc's.

They are bigger. But-so fun. Great learning tool. The magnetic dots are satisfying to raise and then push down again. Definitely helps keep interest in the tasks at hand. Super sturdy and have taken a beating. Great colors. Would buy again

I have given this five stars because I love the quality of this toy and the functionality of it. It performs exactly as intended with magnet strength that lasts and ease of use for little ones. My younger child enjoys just watching the magnets come to the surface while my older child actually understands that they are letters. It is a great way to practice letters without wasting paper and it makes the act of writing feel more like a game. Plus I always feel like its a winner when we find an educational toy that doesn't take batteries and doesn't make noise. When we are done playing with it, we store it on the bookcase or with the board games, which means it doesn't end up in a pile in the play room with all the blocks and magnet tiles.

Works well but it does require some practice and patience to trace the outline of the letters and get the small metal balls to rise, without actually sticking to each one with the magnetic tip of the stylus.

My son enjoys playing with this, and I think it’s good that he’s getting exposed to letters while he plays with it. I name the letters or the sounds they make while he plays with the toy. It is certainly not very easy or smooth to try to actually “write†the letters as it’s intended to help with, but my expectation of that function was low and I didn’t mind; I bought it just to help familiarize my son with letters and to have fun with. The elastic coil attached to the magnetic wand “pencil†broke after a day or two, but my son can be very rough on toys and he pulled on it very hard. Always supervise your little one with this and use caution because the elastic could also snap back and the magnetic wand could hit them in the face. Overall I’m happy with it though.

This is probably one of the coolest ones I’ve seen it’s great to trace the letters! I do notice that some of the magnets don’t stay up but I love how it’s lower case and upper case to learn both ways of doing letters! The pen that comes with it is great although the still that on it should be a bit longer as it gets in the way. Over all super happy with this product:) made of hard plastic it’s very sturdy

I bought this for my 3.5 yo and she was not quite into it yet - we practice tracing the letters with her finger instead of the magnetic pencil and that seems to work better, but my 4.5yo nephew was much more into it. Still a very fun, educational toy, just something younger kids might have to grow into.
