I live near a lake - too long to carry a kayak, but with this product I was able to easily walk it the 1/4 mile distance! There are some sidewalks, some gravel parking lots, some grassy areas, and some paved sidewalks along the way - and it handled it all with ease. My kayak is heavy - was made even heavier bc we put all gear and an inflatable paddleboard inside for the trek. But it was no problem. I didn’t use the strap that is included - the metal clasp didn’t really have any grip and the elastic part of the strap kinda defeated the purpose. I found criss-crossed ratchet straps worked much better and kept it super secure. All folded down, this was ever so slightly too big to fit in my main kayak’s hatch but it fits in the other kayak’s hatch perfectly. It was a breeze to setup/fold down! I can stack both kayaks together and still easily haul them with this! Love it!!!!

The installation and removal process is quick and can be completed without tools, saving time and energy. It also reduces fatigue caused by long-term pushing. Overall, this kayak wheel cart improves the efficiency of kayak transportation, making outdoor activities easier and more enjoyable. It is an indispensable equipment for kayaking enthusiasts.

Waited too long to return it. My kayak is at least 180lbs I didn’t even try to see if it could hold my kayak. Does what it says but I wouldn’t trust it over any terrain.

Folds up to a very small bundle - everything folds in - even the small wheels. Very light and easy to pull out to final size being held in place by bubble buttons that push in to release for folding. Used under my SeaEagle 45lb inflatable to tow it back from the mandator Ranger decontamination facility to my camp site. Even comes with a strap to hold it in place around the kayak and thru the lifting handles so it remained in place while being slowly towed across dirt camp roads. Very efficient design. Not intended to be towed on public roads of course, but within camp grounds to and from water or Ranger inspection stations at very low speeds. Love it!

Lasted only 4 trips before it started to fall apart. arms pins fell out, the metal frame has bent, plastic end covers broke and other ones fell off, and ultimately left nasty scrapes on my hull. Save up to buy a better option out there.

Easy to assemble, light but sturdy, the canoe is easy to carry and now I am very satisfied with its performance. The sturdy frame ensures durability and the rubber tires can handle all kinds of terrain without getting punctured. Highly recommended!

This kayak wheel is a great value for the money and works great when I use it alone at the park and when I take the kayak 5 minutes down the road to the lake. It was very easy to assemble and disassemble and I can put it in my kayak while fishing so I don't have to leave it on the shore to be stolen like a lot of kayaks that don't disassemble easily. It is very lightweight and I can't wait to use it when the weather is nice.

The benefit of easy assembly creates a lake of strength. Very thin wall aluminum tubing will bend easily if you are not careful. I replaced some of the push locks with stainless steel bolts for more stability.

Picking a kayak cart is stressful.. the one you want is out of budget ao that brought you here... to start off, I have a wilderness recon 120 so with gear it's well over 100lbs loaded.. I mostly use trailer to dump my kayak off in the water just because she's a hefty girl... I wanted a cart for some crowded launches or launching on beaches or remote lakes so I tried the pelican one (with red or orange wheels.. you know the one..) and made a fool of myself more than once by dropping my kayak. So looked at the yakattack and wilderness as they were the top rated in real world use but sooo expensive... many you tube videos later I figured I'd try this one out. It's nice because it folds down to nothing.. it fits fishing kayaks very well.. it is well built for the most part.. but the cons.. with heavy kayaks, it wants to bend and warp on uneven ground. The wheels could be a little wider for some better stability. The top rails that the hull sits on could be a little beefier and the end caps on them keep popping out and scratching and biting into the hull. Overall.. if your looking for an affordable option and your not planning to offload your kayak these will be perfect.. if you don't have a titanic of a kayak like me then they will be fine. I still think for the price they are more than perfect for the job I'm just pushing the limits of what they are. I'm going to run them till they fold up in undesired ways or the wheels fall off then grab the wilderness systems cart and maybe by then the price won't hurt so much. Hope this helps anyone looking at these.

Can't figure out strap "system". Zero instructions on how to install. No help on internet, not even a website. Used bungie and ratchet strap, but cart tips over every time in sand. Do not buy unless you have a flat, paved road to use it on. Do not expect ANY customer support. Zero stars!
