I saw this used by a YouTube personality. He trusts the results and so do I. I live in a new home with grass that wasn't growing. The results show I'm missing some key nutrients but high in iron, probably right for my soil. I used this because it was tough to get to my state extension office. Next year I will buy again and compare to state lab results. For now I'm satisfied.It was easy to order. Instructions were clear and didn't ask for unnecessary information such as address, etc, just email. Results too about a week INCLUDING USPS mail time.

when you get your package everything is laid out very clearly on how to take you sample and how to send it back to them. I had a very fast response back from the lab for my results.After reading through their website for the results, I wanted to print out the results on a PDF document so i could refer back to it off line and later compare it to the after affects of the fertilizers that i chose during the summer and then know where i needed to do for the upcoming season. This is where the website was a bit fickle, when i attempted to print to PDF, it didnt include the colorized data, and it didnt include the graphs, which was half the purpose of the printed results. After retrying the print several different times during a few different sessions, I was able to finally get the the graphs to generate onto the PDF.I really wish this company had a better way to show you your results on screen and in print.

I purchased two kits, one for my lawn and one for my garden. I labeled the kits and sent them in separately. However, their analysis is recommending lawn care for my garden and garden care for my lawn. I have contacted the company via their contact us page on the website three times in the last 30 days. They have failed to respond to my emails and have not fixed the issue. I highly recommend avoiding this company!

Sent the soil and with in 6 days the results were posted. Easy to read instructions and easy to read results

Sent in almost two weeks ago and no results. Do not believe you will get results in two weeks. Called and left voicemail but no call back. Sent email with no reply. Will not be using again.
