Bought this to replace a vintage stove hood light the owner did not want to part with. Previous switch was "finicky" and I was told by the owner "if you touch it or anything it flickers so you have to fidget with it to get the light to stay on afterwards" . Wiring was checked and it was good, so replaced it with this switch. The difference in the 30+ year old switch and this one is tremendous. Easy to install as it was a direct fit and feels pretty durable at a good price.

Got these to replace a cheap plastic switch in a halogen work light. Size is perfect. Problem is that once I installed it, the button stuck in when testing. I did manage to get it unstuck.So I guess you need to be gentle with it.Regardless, if you need to replace one of these, this is the only option. Just don’t hammer them when you are turning them on and off.

Got this to replace a malfunctioning lamp switch in my almost vintage motorhome. Took me one minute to swap the part and voilà ! Good as new.The nickel stem is a little too long for the lamp design, but it's not a big deal. I might trim it a bit if it bothers me too much.
