Purchased this as a gift. The fit was ideal. My sax player raves about the smart design of the storage features. I have some Gator guitar cases, and I like them. But, this unit may be the best instrument case I have every seen.

Not sure why you would create a case that doesn't fit one of the most common Trombone's used in high school band, but the Yamaha Xeno does not fit in this case. You will need to remove the tuning slide to make it fit which is not ideal. This should be included in the description of the product.

The two wimpy latches do not close securely and can come open unexpectedly dumping your trumpet out. The two carry handles need a Velcro handle wrap to hold them together and help keep the case from accidentally opening. The shiny finish is thin and scratches very easily. This is not a serious heavy duty travel case. It’s more of a glorified light duty hard-shell gig bag.
