Haven't used it yet. However, it fits our Anolon 9.5" springform pan nicely and appears well constructed. It will be much more convenient and secure than wrapping the pan in aluminum foil to keep the water from the water bath out.

Rating raised to 4 stars. It does its job. It will save you from the dreaded aluminum jacket wrap..The way it was packaged. Really? I have the actual pan shoved it right now hoping the creases will come out. Quality is meh, at best. It feels thin and cheap. I have a cheesecake to make in the next week, so it will get tested, but it will be submerged in water first to see if it leaks at all. So far, I don’t see my rating changing.

It kept the water out, but then it suctioned itself to my roasting pan, warped that pan and the base of my springform. When I tried to get the springform out to cool my cheesecake it separated the springform from the force and screwed up my cake. If I didn’t have parchment on the bottom I would have lost my cake entirely. Don’t buy this.

Do you bake a lot of cheesecakes and get frustrated when wrapping the pan in foil to keep the water out in a water bath because it ALWAYS LEAKS? Buy this for your 9 inch spring form and never worry about leaks again and save on all that wasted aluminum foil. You’ll get that smooth, creamy, uncracked cake that only a water bath can give with no leaking and no sogginess. I held out for too long until I used a similar pan for my 7 inch spring form and saw the results.

No more wrapping my cheesecake pans in tin for I’m praying that the water didn’t leak through which is always dead now I could just put this around my cheesecake pan and put the water on the outside and I have beautiful cheesecakes every time

I got tired of trying to wrap my cheesecake pan with foil. Water got in no matter what I did. Tried this for the first time and it worked great. Didn't have to worry about any water seeping into my cake.
