These are really nice! I’ve only used the largest size twice.. but I’m the family baker so this year I’ll be giving the other sizes a try this year.

1) Is it non stick? Mostly.2) Is it leak proof? Relative to other Springform pans, yes.3) Will the black, peeling, non stick layer flecking off into your delicious cake kill your guest? No. After googling it, it surprisingly passes through you.4) Do I recommend this product? H*** no! I regret buying this.I only hand washed these pans with a sponge, dish soap, and warm to hot water.4 inch pan - cake stuck inside the pan and I found lots of black flecks in my cheese cake after one use (baked at 300F for one hour using the bain-Marie method)...trashed. I also don’t understand why the other two have dimpled bottoms, but this one has none??? Is this from the wrong set? Possibly, since it isn’t non stick and peeled differently (on the bottom vs the sides.7 inch pan - first use (cheesecake), good and non stick. Second use (homemade strawberry cake) small flake (like a dot or so which I could take off the cake). Third use, massive flakes were coming off while buttering the sides...cause y’a know, room temperature butter is just so coarse and rough.9 in - first use was fine. Second use...same pattern of flecking on the sides like the 7 inch.I wasn’t able to contact the seller, but buyer beware. I’ve noticed all the recent reviews have my same issue, but the older reviews dont. Makes me wonder if they changed out the product...

Easy to use but not very leak proof.For the price it will last for some time if taken care of the right way.It does the job

Pro: product is coated with a non-stick coating; three sizes to make a layered cake for events; quick release if using as a cheesecake pan; bottom is beveled and allows for more even cooking of the bottom; each pan can stack inside the bigger other one and take up less space.Con: metal clamp may change temperature on side of pan and possibly burn contents; may not release and crack the cake.I am in love with this product and have always wanted my own set of three. I enjoy making cakes for my family and friends on their birthdays. This is something that everyone will be asking me how I got such a great cake made and what kinds of forms did I use.

These are nice cheesecake pans they are a little hard to get the bottom off and then they also started rusting. Otherwise, I would’ve given them a five. The rust is a big turn off.
