These aren't "thank you for coming" gifts. The papers included in this are invitations to come, and those are written in not the strongest English. So I threw those away. The rest of the set is cute. You get 3 of each of the designs, for a total of 12 (4 different designs). These come in bulk, you have to make the individual baggies. The paintbrushes are really small - good for 4-6 year old hands. Not so great for adult hands. And each baggie only gets 3 colors of paint. The samples in the listing photos show each design being painted with 4-5 colors. But you cannot do that. You get 3 colors, that's it. So this might be a better idea to do as a group activity. Kids pick a design, grab a brush and then share all the colors of paint. But it's cute wrapped us as a "thank you for coming" gift. Most 4-6 year olds won't care that they only get 3 colors. It's a cute set, just a bit on the inexpensive side. However, most goodie bag gifts are. So it's fine.

I chose these cowboy paint kits to use as party favors for my sonรขโฌโขs first birthday. We were having a รขโฌลmy first rodeoรขโฌย theme and I thought these would make nice gifts, especially for the older kids. Unfortunately, these were very disappointing.The kits came disassembled and with no bags, even though the listing specifically shows 14 bags that should be included. I had to scramble for Ziploc bags and had to take the time to put everything together. On top of that, the bubbles leaked and had to be wiped down and resealed.After the party, I sat down to paint a cowboy with my kid and found the paint to be a weird foamy, clumpy mess. Even when I added water, I couldnรขโฌโขt do more than smear chunks of color around the wood cutout, like I was painting with mousse or cottage cheese. The peach paint left no color at all. Now I feel bad for the kids I sent this favor home with.The wood cutouts look cute and appeared as described with three cowboys, three cowgirls, three horses, and three cows. Other than that, these were a complete waste.

The bubble wands arrived almost empty and the package was damp. The paints are good colors but there are only three colors to a pack for each favor, not enough variety to paint the wooden figures very well. The kids will need to paint all together so they can share the colors. Thus it is better to use this as a group project and not as individual gifts. I liked the figures and how well they were done. There was a card that goes with it and asks the kids to join them in a birthday party , like they were invitations, but there no way to put in the time or place. So the cards that say "Happy Birthday" and "Join us for ...". the card doesn't make sense. The description says this is good for multiple occasions but they are not. They are only good for birthday parties.

I bought these to add to gift bags for a 7 year old's birthday party. I think they will go over well and I like that they include a little set of paints. They will be a special treat to add for sure.
