Troubleshooting Tips

The following troubleshooting tips may help if you experience problems. Contact GLORTO for more advanced troubleshooting information.

  • Check that the card is seated properly in the PCI Express slot.
  • Ensure that the display cable is securely fastened to the card's display connector.
  • Make sure that the monitor and computer are plugged in and receiving power.
  • If necessary, disable any built-in graphics capabilities on your motherboard. For more information, consult your computer's manual or manufacturer. (NOTE: Some manufacturers do not allow the built-in graphics to be disabled or to become the secondary display.)
  • Make sure you selected the appropriate display device and graphics card when you install the graphics driver.
  • Restart your computer. Press on your keyboard after system starts up. When the Windows Advanced Options Menu appears, select Safe Mode and press . After getting into Safe Mode, in Device Manager check whether the driver for the graphics card is correct.
  • If you are not able to find the desired monitor color/resolution settings: The color and screen resolution options available for selection depend on the graphics card being installed. If necessary, adjust your monitor's setting using monitor's adjust panel to make the screen look focused, crisp, and sharp. (Please refer to the monitor's manual.)

Good graphics card for the money. I needed to upgrade for dual monitors and this worked without issue. I can't really speak on graphics quality since I'm not using it for gaming but overall it has good video and it's quiet.

Stuck it in my Dell with Win11, BANG! 4 monitors up and running. No worries. I’m only editing Word and Excel documents on the monitors, so I can’t speak for speed, just that it’s working with no issues. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

It took a while to get the other monitors to work with this card but after all the driver updates and Windows configuration it works great. It didn't do a plug and play in Windows 11.

I added this to a slim line computer running an i5 processor. The computer booted right up and the graphics card worked perfectly. I didn’t even need to upgrade any drives.

I have an HP EliteDesk 800 G5 SFF running on Windows 11 and noticed my 3 DELL 32" LCDs sometimes flicker and reset (black screen). I also noticed maxed GPU utilization on the task manager. There are 3 built-in Motherboard display ports for this SFF PC; 2x DP and 1x HDMI. I have to use passive/active HDMI adapters as my Dell LCD's only connection is via HDMI and VGA (no longer using VGA, all HD). So I determined that the best course of action to remedy this issue is to purchase a PCIeX GPU and I decided to try this Glorto Universal Graphics Card (Glorto GeForce GT 730 4Gb, 2x HDMI, 1x DP, and 1x VGA). The reason I picked this product is I needed a GPU card that would work on SFF and at the same time does not require a power supply wattage upgrade (current power supply cannot exceed 250 watts).Install:To properly install this graphics adapter on my PC, I had to remove the existing faceplate and the VGA port to fit in the SFF chassis. The product came with a faceplate bracket for the HDMI and DP ports. I installed the card in the PCIeXP X16 (black) slot to maximize efficiency since high-performance devices tend to rely on PCIe x26 almost exclusively. I had to use a combination of different HD cables as the DELL HDMI cables won't fit in the slots as they have wider heads.Once all install tasks were completed, I powered on the PC and it only detected 1 display monitor so I logged in and proceeded to the next steps.Setup/Config of new GPU card:Having only 1 display active, I checked the display adapter under the device manager and it showed "Standard Windows Display". Right-click on it and update the driver using Windows Update. The WU automatically detected the chip and installed the appropriate driver (NVIDIA). Right after the update, the 2 remaining displays turned ON and all my desktop icon settings were back to NORMAL!Device Manager shows "NVIDIA Display Adapter" and Task Manager shows GPU information and utilization.Summary:I don't play a lot of OL games purely work-related and multi-tasking kinds of stuff. I am hoping this GPU card will prove itself worthy of its reputation and last longer.Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase of this Glorto GPU card. It has met my requirements and solved my built-in graphics card issue.

After two weeks of using this graphics card, it stopped working. Nothing displays on the monitor. It doesn't even appear in Device Manager. Essentially Windows does not detect this graphics card. Had to purchase a different graphics card.

I had to replace my video card because I upgraded to Windows 11 and my old card would not support my old card.
