Some computers are only equipped with USB interface, but not with PS / 2 round plug. If you want to use PS / 2 keyboard and mouse, you need this adapter cable.

Works great, PnP with the three computers I have used it with. Also allows for safe removal if my IBM model M without having to power off the computer as with PS/2 hot plugging can cause shorts.

I have an old IBM Model M clicky keyboard with a PS/2 interface. This product works. However, occasionally, some key that I type goes into an "infinite press" mode, all by itself, until I hit another key. Then I have to delete the aberrant letters.

The product works well, exactly as expected. The use is to use an old PC keyboard with PS2 (small round connector) that are often the mechanical full travel KB with a PC using USB for KB & mouse. In fact I used it with a original PC keyboard with the big round connector and an Connector adapter.The vendor solved an issue quickly and very fairly, I recommend this product and vendor.

I have a Keytronic 104 Keyboard that I am quite fond of, and the new motherboard I have doesnt have any ps2 connections, only USB. This little device registered the keyboard in Windows 10 silently and quickly, no problems at all. Works fine from the BIOS settings are well, no hassle.

The spacebar on a wireless keyboard started getting really squishy, and wouldn't register. Unfortunately, modern laptops and non-workstation/non-server PCs don't have PS/2 ports anymore.This adapter came to the rescue, allowing me to use a high-quality IBM keyboard from 1998.

I actually used to hate these to bits but after my starlink adapter started cacking out on me (genuinely ruining speedruns for me) these performed so much better than i remembered, if you want the most reliable one this might not be it but it is really good (maybe unless you play rhythm games in that case its great when it doesnt fuss with you but when it does fuss your scores get ruined from it) get this if you dont want to splurge on a soarers converter or something
