I was super excited about this speaker. The reviews were pretty good and even watched some of the posted videos….but I wasn’t impressed in real life.The speaker came packaged well, box was damaged but the speaker was not damaged!Easy to put together, remote say to use and functions are fun and nice….but the sound is just mediocre. I mean for the price I expected to be blown away!!! My basement is approximately 1700 sft and at the max (which is only 30) I could barely hear it in the back of the basement. I considered ordering the smaller version for the back of the basement, but recovered they would not sinc together.It’s unfortunate, because the lights and playful sounds were great….but definitely not worth the price. Had to return!

PhÆ°Æ¡ng Nguyá»…n, Union City, CASo far, two months after the purchase, the Gemini 1200 seems to work pretty well. Very easy set up. The sound is great. Microphone excellent. Bluetooth working excellent. The recording is ok. Play back what song has been recorded from the karaoke singer is a bit awkward because no track can be visibly identified. The remote control signal is not always sensitive as you would wish to have. Anyhow, we are still trying to experience all the features of this Gemini. Price reasonable. Item reasonably convenient, assembling in one piece all you need for a family karaoke party. I would recommend the purchase for now with all reservations for any possible findings in the future.No formal sale receipt had been sent to me as I would normally expect to receive from the seller Amazon.

The unit arrived in good condition. The microphone was not working. Rattled inside the screen. Poor wiring and made the unit unusable. The rest of the system was great, except the microphone. Amazon made us return the entire unit instead of replacing just the microphone. Amazon customer service is not meeting the customers needs. Buy this product with caution. Amazon will have you jumping through hoops just for a minor defect. Pay good money and Amazon has you working for them so on the return.

Not thrilled with the quality of the speaker but I am happy with the quality of the support. The speaker sounds blown after only being used a few times in a few months but Gemini support did work with me and even end up giving me 50% of my money back. In all fairness they offered to send me another unit but I was not interested in the work or money involved in sending the original back.
