Plug and play.
To change the frequency, input the desired frequency and press the in the bottom left corner. For example, to set the frequency to 7.83Hz, press [7][. ][8][3] and then press OK. The default output frequency is 7.83Hz. The frequency range can be adjusted from 0.1Hz to 100KHz.

I guess if you order one of these you're nerd enough to know how to use it but that's the reason I give it 3 stars. It works fine but for a newbie it's useless. It must have instructions included. Then it'd be 5 stars.

Reason why i got this was because to meditate with and 963hz connection is gods Frequency thats the main reason why i wanted it but other than that ive tested it all modes even making objects Levitate @" or around " 2,000hz or highterNEED instruction manual

What you put in kicked to off numbers is there a way to exact the frequency anybody want to chime inBut it's very cool
