This appears to be a well made product and as described. It actually is a little large for my 8,000 Generic generator but that's okay; covers the generator completely. The clear "window" doesn't line up with the dashboard of my unit but that doesn't really matter. It comes with a bungee cord long enough to go around the entire unit and holds the cover on nicely.

I recently bought a 13000w whole house generator from Duro Max to replace my smaller generator I "donated" to my son. I needed a good cover for it as this sits outside along the back of the house. I will make a place for it under the gazebo at some point. This cover fit the bill perfectly. I couldn't ask for a better fit. Durability? Have to wait and see how it holds up over time. The top of the cover is not solid as it appears in the picture so I do have to drain the rain water that accumulates in the top after a heavy rain. other that that I'm entirely pleased with the cover so far.

This is a very sturdy and well-made Gen cover. I ordered it for my WGen9500DF Port gen knowing from the measurements that it would be a little lose fitting. I purchased 3 ten ft length 3/4" PVC (around $18.00) and a 10 pack of 3/4" 3-way fittings from Amazon at $14.52. You may want to measure yourself, but I cut (using a 1-1/4" retching pex cutter) four 22" wide lengths and four 30" long lengths for the frame. The 3-way fittings on each end add to the width and length. You cant do a perfect square on the bottom due to the wheels but the frame is sturdy enough to support the cover which can then be adjusted to vent the exhaust and other end for air. I ran the gen for about 15 min and everything held in place and seemed a little quieter. Not sure how it would hold up during very high winds but I'm planning to secure all fastenings to the Gen and maybe weight it down if needed. This seems to work just as well as running covers I've seen advertised at a much higher cost. The main thing is that this is a very well-made cover with good heavy material. Should last a long time. Haven't run the generator ON with the cover on, but have it on covering it from Florida rains. So far, so good!

We bought this early in the summer and was a lifesaver for hurricanes Helene and Milton. Both times we lost power for a week. Rather than redo our breaker box for the whole house, we ran the fridge, wall unit ac in the garage and a portable ac, lights, chargers, a radio and things like coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, crockpot.. Allowed us to stay very comfortable and not lose any food. So glad we got it.

The generator cover stated it would fit my specific model – Unfortunately, it was huge and not a good fit. The material is excellent, and the cover itself is a nice look. Also, there were some tightening straps and hooks, but the cover still didn’t fit well. It comes with a storage bag for when it is not in use. I wished it fit better.
