Adapter arrived promptly.Good snug fit in the 3 pin generator socket and to the 4 pin extension cord.Haven't used it much so I can't rate durability. Looks like it should be good.

I have a 240v 30amp transfer switch panel but my generator is 120v 30amp. I use this to bring 120 v on both legs of the panel. Obviously I only use a couple of 120v 15 amp breakers at once.
