It corrected the truck interior dome light that went out. I got the OEM GM and it works great. I had to do some research and bring car in to identify this problem after I replaced bulb and fuse was fine. This latch activates the light when you open the trunk. Hope this info helps you. Thanks

Did the job, my trunk now opens without issue. It was sticking before! Thanks so much!!!!!!!!
