Bought these when I installed longtube headers on my 2017 Silverado. Just make sure you get 2, I thought it was the pair but it is just a single gasket.

I had one manifold bolt break (cylinder #8) causing a ticking sound that lasted for maybe 30 seconds on cold starts. Replaced both side gaskets. Found the gasket on the other side was also leaking. These gaskets seemed like they were oem quality. First couple hundred kms and no leaks.
