I need to read descriptions better. This was smaller than I thought it would be but I still really like it. It’s nicely made and seems durable. Washes up easily. I want to find the same thing just bigger.

My wife likes to drink tea and everything she has used to make and store tea up till now has failed. They have been hard to clean and bulky, taking up too much room in the fridge. This pitcher is great! Not too big, but it stores a whole day's worth of tea. Easy to clean out, just pull the lid and scrub away, it's crystal clear and easy to see when it's clean. They are tough too, as I learned when I dropped the lid while scrubbing, so don't worry, they will take a beating. We have two, one brewing and one in the fridge and we love them!

Good quality plastic and easy to wash/clean. But 2 quarts of fluid will put it at the top which will be messy. That is, the fluid level will be up past the bottom of the spot. So you'll make your first spill when you put the top on, then your second spill when you make your first pour. I know the easy solution is to just not fill it that high, but if you're using it for an iced tea or other mix scenario that makes 2 quarts and isn't easily adjustable, then this is a pain - and needlessly so. Why didn't they just make it with some buffer at the top like pitcher makers have done for decades? I'd have been happy to pay the extra 50 cents for them to have done it right.

Good luck turning the lid from closed to pour. You're going to have to lift it out and turn it. Other than that, does what you need it to do.
