I ordered this more for my 8 and 10 year old kid. My kids are fit not crazy athletic and my 8 year old son could do the 24. I am 43 in decent shape and like to do the 24 I wish I got the bigger one.

Heavy and nicely padded. I wanted the heavier one because the light ones that are padded are not a solid foam, they have 5 or 6 separate pieces inside making them unstable.

Purchased the 16x20x24 box and put it back in the box immediately. There were a couple sides that when you landed on it were very uneven (like one side was squishier than the other). It did not look used to explain any wear, but either way, you wouldn’t want this to wear so unevenly like that either. Was unstable and felt unsafe. I would never allow my clients to use it. If the foam had been just as firm as it was on the more firm sides, it would have been great. Unfortunately that was not the case.

Good quality however it is a little wobbly. The weight does settle on certain sides.
