I use this large pan for frying mostly but I also use it for stews. The quality is exceptional so far. No sticking or staining. The depth of the pan is what I like most as it reduces splatter and there is so much room in it. I have read reviews that the handle is not sturdy however I have not had that problem at all. This is a very sturdy and lightweight pan, easy to cook in and clean.

This pan holds alot of food. I love how its non stick. This is the best pan I've ever had. Cleans easily and cooks great!

I was surprised at it's light weight, I haven't the strongest wrists; cleans up easily; heats perfectly, prefers lower heat which is how I prefer to cook; I love it's appearance, clean, hammered look, wood handles. Great pan!

I love these pots and pans got the entire set. Gave one for gifts they cook great they’re made well. They feel really really nice in hand seem to be durable although I do not dishwasher them only use a scrub daddy in hot water and soap. The parts and pans have an excellent weight to them. The variety of sizes are excellent really highly recommend.

I love this skillet. The wood handle does not get hot, the light colour of this pan always one to easily brown butter. I can make a whole dinner in it, let it simmer and then put it onto the table.
