I was having trouble connecting multiple #14 wire with one small gage strand wire using wire nuts. The strand wire would not bond in wire nut. Crimp connector worked one to one but not suggested for three to one. When I saw and purchased these connectors and how easy and safe to use I was able to complete my under cabinet lights with no issues. No more wire nuts.

I've switched to these types of connectors few years ago and with the exception of few thinner wires that won't go in easily, these are much easier to work with, especially connecting multiple wires together. Most new lights, cans, etc come with these connectors anyway, so it won't be long that everyone will use these.
