These wire connectors were exactly what I needed to correct a ceiling fan to my back patio. I needed a 5 port connector but decided to buy this multi pack instead. I know I’ll be using more of them in the near future my house was built in 1963 and the wiring behind some of the outlets looks like a rats nest. This multi package has 2,4,6 & 8 port connectors. It’s a lot better than twisting wires together. Even makes running a jump wire easier because all ports can/do make contact. Don’t hesitate to buy them if you’re doing are re-doing wiring

Used the 8 port conductors to save myself from daisy-chaining a few wire nuts to connect 7 return wires together. That worked so well that I used another 8-port for the grounds and 4-port for the hot wires. The wires go in and don't pull out.Great space saver and kept me from having to double the wire box in the wall.Only concern is that the unused open sides of these ports could get wires into them. I used 7 ports of 8, and it would be safer if the 8th (unused) one had a plug to occupy the spot.

I'm glad I found this on Amazon. Every home store near me only had up to the 4 pin for size. These are incrediblely easy to use and much better than wire nuts to safely tie in all electrical.These are NOT for braided wires. SOLID only.

Works well with solid wire. Small strand wire wouldn’t go in.
