This was the perfect price for what I needed. I just need something that can work out the knots in my back on occasion.

Bought this for my power chewer German Shepherd. It provides hours of fun and she hasn’t destroyed it!

I put it in a sock. I loop the sock around my belt and locate it on a sore muscle for office chair sitting. Another great, inexpensive idea from my chiropractor.

Good quality Lacrosse Balls. Although I have never played lacrosse since I mainly use them for massaging my tight muscles and they work wonders. Super stiff to give the desired pressure onto tight muscles.

I think it was last year a friend of mine recommended me to use one of these lacrosse balls. My only regret is not trying it earlier. It’s great to use on the floor or against the wall with it it’s easy to locate the knots on your back and helps relieve the tightness in the mid lower back where the sciatic nerve is

Im sure this is great for other uses but it's far too hard to give to a dog. 5 stars because it looks like a decent ball

Don't play lacrosse, so can't comment on its quality for sport. But it's a good ball for fetch -- solid rubber, bounces a bit but not too much, appears durable, dog likes it. Unlike tennis balls I don't think it will abrade her teeth. Bright yellow reportedly is easier for dogs to see. Not cheap, but seems well made and should last (if it doesn't get lost).
