This is one badass little monkey I know it doesn't say it is for this but you can put it on the end of die grinder and use four and a half inch wire wheels with it hope this helps some of you out

This of product is incorrectly listed. It has a 1/4 inch shank, not 6 mm. The product measured 6.3 mm with calipers and does not fit in a 6 mm collet.

Pros: It threads into to the backing pad easily. It is designed so that one can tighten the thread adapter with a tool.Cons:It tends to unscrew itself unless tightened with a tool. My cordless drill makes marks on the shank too easily. I don't think that the metal is hardened steel.

This product came just as described. It certainly does what I need it to do. The problem is they can be and should be made with stronger material. The first one I ordered bent when I raised the RPM's too much. I know better with the second I ordered. However, if they were made with strong steel I wouldn't have had to buy two.

Good quality. Fits my 5/8" buffing pad. Must tighten all the way into pad otherwise it fits loose. Shank could be a bit longer.

As mentioned here by others.I got this to go on my Cordless Die Grinder, so I can use some of my diamond attachments, that have a 5/8s 11 thread. I was so happy, I now own 2.Recommend for Die Grinder converting.

Used this in my die grinder to give me the same threads as an angle grinder.I only used between 4000 and 6000 rpm and it worked amazing to polish a granite countertop.I saw some reviews say that it can't handle super high rpm so keep that in mind.

This item is so handy... Alows user to keep zip /grind wheels on grinder.... And sander or wire wheel on a drill for quicker change! You may need a arbor nut as well. Easy to make yourself if you have a lathe!
