Worked for me to take crisper cleaner pictures of items to sell on eBay. I bought a 12x12 and quickly discovered it would only work for small figurines (didn't measure my items b4 I purchased). So I got this upgraded version in 16x16 with the the led lights in the front. The lights in front help. With the 12x12 I had to supplement with my ring light, but the ring light would cast a circle on shinier figurines. The front led lights on this model help to have a more consistent lighting.

This light box works well. One note is that when not using the lights, the unit must be unplugged, otherwise it turns off after a period of time and will not turn back on. When ready to use the unit again, plug it back into a power source and it turns right on.The backgrounds are varied, however they don't fit really well using the elastic strap inside the light box. I had to rig up my own way to secure the background when first using the lightbox and fitting the diffuser is a bit tricky as well.With that said, I'm pleased with the light output and the quality of the photos I was able to achieve.Four stars.

I received this order a few weeks ago and today I took it out of the box to set up and use, well to my surprise the build in LED lights do not work. I tried several times and different adopters and outlets and the lights still will not come on. it looks to be either a faulty cable or switch, but either way it has become nothing but a paper weight and not even a good paper weight concerting this is light weight to start with anyways and my guess could not hold down anything to start with. for know I would not recommend this product to anyone.**Update** There seller has reached out to me regarding this issue and has sent a replacement light box to me. On initial test of the replacement it seems to be working just fine and as expected. This was needed so that I could photograph product that I make. I am satisfied with there response and the quick deliver of the replacement, I do not normal give anyone a five start rating, but because of the quick response and deleivery I will make an exception.

I’m not too happy with this, the diffuser piece has velcro but there’s nowhere to attach the Velcro to. The sides have Velcro, but the side panels don’t have any Velcro to attach to them. It’s compact but too small for what I need.

I do this professionally and I normally use a big backdrop with several strobes and softboxes. This is one of those items that I've been meaning to buy, and when I was given an Amazon gift card, I said why not try it. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much but I was wrong - This photo box is actually pretty damn good! I like the selection of backgrounds and how easy it is to set up. Pull the box out, form it into a box, insert the background, hang the diffuser, plug the cord and start shooting. The diffuser is a big help as it softens the harsh lighting. Since the light source is coming from the top only, you might want to also light up your subject from the front if you want no shadows. The strong light source allows you to shoot at smaller apertures to extend the DOF on your subject while also allowing you to shoot at lower ISO for less noise. Really, you get a lot for what you paid for. If I were to make a suggestion for the retailer, they should include a thin plexiglas so you can create mirrored shots. It’s easy to assemble. The lights do get hot. It’s unfortunate the backdrops come folded. So the crease shows in the pics and makes images look unprofessional. Even after laying them flat with books on top, the crease was still visible. And not great quality of backdrop. Should be more durable, not cardboard. I also think the light can be brighter. Had to adjust brightness while editing pics

Honestly with the reviews on here, it’s hard to judge a good product sometimes. But I’m so happy that I purchased this Glendan Mini Photo Studio Light Box! Very easy to setup! Love the 6 different backgrounds that come with this set. Yes you will have to lay them out to flatten a bit as they come folded in the set! But after a day they were ready to use. The LED light is big and bright! Perfect lighting for the size of the box! Comes with reflection boards for smaller objects! USB plug, you will need an adapter to plug it into the wall! So I used my extra iPhone charger adapter and that works just fine! Also comes with a lightweight carrying bag, nothing fancy but perfect for what’s needed.Perfect for beginners and savvy photo people! Having so much fun playing around with different objects to photograph! I added a couple pics of products I have taken pictures of! I’m a UGC creator and I use this all the time for my gig now!

I bought this light box since I enjoy photography as a hobby but I am a beginner so I didn’t want to invest much. I used to use a piece of white Bristol board and window light to achieve the same effect but the results would vary depending on the light in that moment. With this device, I have control and consistency and can get a neat shot. I am excited to try out all of the backgrounds as well.

The product helps produce good photos and was simple to install. The only fault is the button to dim the light doesn't work unless I bend the wire a certain way so it seems like the connection is loose.
