Wanted an ab dolly but this had to do since all have been sold out. I was surprised that I was able to do pretty much almost all of the same exercises with these gliders on top of other ones I had not done with the ab dolly. Definitely a good buy for the price. I highly recommend.

I like these core sliders. I seen someone at the gym using similar ones. I'm working on my stomach right now to tighten and these are great. Easy to slide, easy to use and I do recommend them to those that want a good core workout.

Got these for the PiYo workout series by BeachBody and they work really well for me and my partner. We have a hardwood floor and use the fabric side without issue. Only downside is that I am not yet strong enough to do all the moves!

Did not like them. Too small and dont slide well on wood flooring or atleast not mine,after sweat got on the floor it was very difficult to slide them smoothly and my foot kept sliding of the slider.

using on hard wood floor. slides well. need to be barefoot as the other side is really slippy.
