Type DC Cam and Groove Fitting
This type DC camlock (Cam and Groove) fitting has a female quick connect coupling that attaches to and standard male cam and groove coupling.
The body is made of aluminum. Aluminum cam lock fittings are lightweight and are corrosion and abrasion resistant. This fitting’s seal is made of NBR (Buna-N) rubber. Buna-N seals are resistant to fuel, oil, and other chemicals. The cam arms are made of stainless steel and includes two locking cotter pins.

Excellent product but you have to carefully read the schematic and ensure it will fit on your connection. I have no idea what the 2 1/2 means but the key measurement to apply was 2". Easily returned and the company provided a prompt replacement.
