Load-Bearing Webbing -1200Lbs MBS
1-Inch webbing is made to withstand 1200lbs MBS(minimum breaking strength) regulated by MilSpecs MIL-W-17337.
Our webbing always exceeds 1200lbs MBS and gains a high 1500lbs average test strength.
Commonly used to make tactical gears for quite a time in the military and other outdoor applications.

Outdoor Durability - 100% Nylon
Nylon, as one of the most durable materials for the outdoors, features excellent resistance to abrasion, UV and stain.
Grade 4~5 Colorfastness to light, crocking, and washing. (grade 5 is the best while grade 1 is the worst level)
The webbing can keep high performance in long exposure to the wild and develop its uses to the fullest extent, especially in survival, tactical activities, hunting, long bike ride, long-distance hiking, trekking, etc.
Flexible & Tight Weave - Smooth Sliding
Compared to polyester and polypropylene, nylon webbing is favored for its flexibility and its excellent compatibility with wide-ranging hardware: various buckles, hooks, clips, rings, etc.
Professional tight weave and nylon's low-friction property produces a silk surface, which largely reduces friction and abrasions, and has a smooth sliding over harewares.
BUCKLES
Threading the webbing through buckles, even without sewing/stitching, we are setting out to create a wide variety of straps, belts, and slings. Buckles are utilized to slide and block the webbing, adjust the length, connect two ends, block the movement of the webbing.
The most used buckles with webbing: Trigilide Buckles, Ladder Lock Buckle, Loop Buckle, Quick Release Buckle.
About MIL-W-17337
Military Specifications, or widely called as MIL-STD, MIL-SPEC, or MilSpecs, are the military standards issued by the U.S. Department of Defense for standardization, gradually adopted in products of civil uses.
MIL-W-17337 military specification is to regulate requirements for woven nylon webbing used for load-carrying equipment.
A MIL-W-17337 webbing is commonly used for straps, PALS webbing, etc.

Sewing and stitching allow us to MYOG thousands of webbing gears, for uses in daily life and tactical activities.
Bar-tack stitches and Box X stitches are widely utilized for webbings.
Being only 0.044-inch thick, the webbing is easy to sew with even in high-density stitching.

I purchased this webbing to replace old and worn out webbing on a pack, so far it has worked well and I have had no issues. The webbing in question has been in the rain and mud and does not show any unusual wear.I will purchase this webbing again when needed. I would recommend.

Webbing used to replace the existing rear Jeep safari top webbing that shredded after a few years. It appears to be stronger and better quality than factory webbing used. One star short because time will tell if it does hold up to the wind and weather.

I bought this to support insulation on my Pole Barn Ceiling. I cut it to the length needed and stapled to the roof supports. Works well and is strong enough to hold the batts in place. I would use again.

I bought this webbing to make a waist belt for myself. The quality is nice where it gives off a smoother finish than I had expected. Cannot vouch for the strength as I don't really need a lot for using it as a waist belt.Aesthetically, it works well with a lot of my clothing.

If you need 1" webbing, this is that stuff you need. Nothing special, not a disappointment. It is what it is.
