I’m a CrossFit addict, and this targets muscles my foam roller can’t reach. The angled footplates are genius for calf stretches. Took 15 mins to assemble (the photos helped). Only note: If you’re over 6’3â€, some positions might feel cramped, but I’m 5’9†and it’s perfect.
