Took a chance on this cat door because it was so cute in the pictures and I couldn't be more thrilled! It came in a cute package (see picture) Install and directions were easy to do/ understand. Door once installed is very sturdy and I love that the little door handle actually turns! Another great feature is that it locks open! It fits my almost 15# cat easily as well. Overall very happy!

This is actually the second one of these doors we purchased. And it's because the first one turned out amazing. They're even more adorable in person. They're a decent size as we have a kitty we affectionately refer to as "Chubby kitty" who walks right through no problem. They're well made and easy to install, I would suggest it be a 2 person job. But took my husband and son less than 20 minutes total. The only tool the instructions do not mention, that my husband used to make the job easier was a clamp. The door itself, locks both in an open and closed position. If there is any downside it is they seem to sell out quickly!

It was easy to install - somewhat forgiving on making a perfect jigsaw cut. Super cute and functions well as intended. Our cat had no issue with learning to use it, and the dogs are fascinated by it but have not tried to bust in.

Perfect! My 15 pound boy fits easily. All 3 of my cats were using it within 5 minutes of installation. And it is SO cute. The cats, the installer, and the homeowner all give this cat door 5 stars.

It comes as a normal looking cat door but with nice subtle details like the vines and windows. If anyone else wants to paint theirs here is an idea.

Almost perfect. Looks great and functions fairly well, but connections are somewhat dubious if you're working with a standard interior hollow-core door. That said, we've had ours for several months now and the only complaint is that we've had friends try to shut the door while it's locked open and almost break it off in their zeal to play with the little hobbit door not realizing it's secured.
