I'll be honest, I actually bought this to use it as a doorstop. However, it's been very nice for that purpose. It's easy to move around with my foot and does a good job of keeping the door just a bit open for my cats to go in and out of the door while still keeping it mostly closed.One thing I would definitely change about this product? It comes with a sticker on it. How do I clean a paper sticker off of cork...? If it had just had some kind of paper loop around it, that would have been fantastic and definitely worth 5 stars. But since it has this sticker residue on it that I don't want to pick at for fear of busting up the cork, it's a little lacking.If you ARE looking for this for yoga, then here: it's nice and smooth, there aren't any sharp bits or irregularities on it. The cork does have a very nice texture on it. It also has a nice bit of heft to it. It's not heavy, but it's weighted well. I did try it a bit with rocking it under one of my hands and I can definitely see why people would want to use this. (But again, doorstop.) So while I'm not using it for yoga, sure, you should probably consider it for yoga. It's nicely made and, for what it's worth, I'm happy with mine.

I'm wondering why this was even considered marketable. It needs to be bigger (maybe just longer). You cannot relax on it on your back as the picture shows because it is just too small. It seems to have lesser functions like for the wrists during down dog, but I would need to buy 2 eggs for balance. All in all the price point is just too high for what it is!

It’s a nice product that gives relief. Would be a bit better with edges a little more rounded but good for ails you.
