I like this wooden rolling pin. I was making Japanese cream puffs with a craquelin top (combine butter and sugar together until solid. Put a sheet of parchment paper on a table surface, place the solid mass on top, and then cover with another sheet of parchment paper. Use this roller to roll out the solid until it is 1/8” thick. Place in freezer until you are ready to layer it on top of the creme puffs before baking.)I like how simple this wooden rolling pin looks. There are no handles which I think makes this look sleek. I like the length because it is not too long. It will definitely fit in a standard kitchen drawer. It rolls well and for a small baking project like mine which involves a minimal amount of rolling out a soft mixture of butter and sugar, this rolling pin is the perfect weight ands size.I highly recommend.

Great rolling pin! It's a nice thickness and very easy to clean. It will come in very handy for using in a cookie sheet to level out shortbread crusts and such for baking. Great product!

I liked the color, and the feel of the light wood. It makes rolling and shaping dough easy in small spaces. I no longer knock items off the counter as I did with the larger one I had.Also, fits perfectly in my 5 year old grand-daughter's hand. She fell in love with it!Great product!Happy customer

I got this as I don't have a lot of storage space in my kitchen and a regular rolling pin was too big. This works great and is compact enough to fit in most drawers.

This is a perfect feel as I roll it one hand over my dough. The larger pins are too bulky and the side handles makes me feel clumbsy. I like that I have full control shaping my 10 inch tortillas, great rolling pin!

Our old rolling pin had metal parts inside that were dropping on the board, so I looked for a one piece rolling pin and found this one. Love my new Rolling Pin! It’s very easy to use. Makes the tortillas come out more uniform and no more metal shavings! Highly recommend for making tortillas!
