These rolling pin spacers are made to fit a 1-3/4 inch to 2 inch diameter rolling pin. All rings inner diameter is the same size, and will fit the same rolling pin with 1/16", 1/8", 1/4", and 1/2" dough thickness. You'll get an even thickness every time for your biscuits, flatbreads, sugar cookies, or pie crust. No more uneven dough that makes your recipes bake unevenly and no more dough rolled too thin.

My passion for creating healthy food led me to earn a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Food Science. I have been teaching cooking classes at the Sacramento Food Coop since 2008, began La Cucina Italiana catering in 2014 – 2016, and to this day, make regular appearances on KCRA Channel 3, Good Day Sacramento Channel 31, Fox 40 News Channel, ABC 10 Sac & Co., as well as volunteer at various food banks, adult day care institutions, and recovery communities. I currently live in Northern California with my husband, Bill, on our family farm with chickens, rescuing cats, dogs and any other animal that needs a home.
My Family
In my family, like many others, food embodies memories and is a vessel to create new ones. I remember vividly while growing up, my Italian immigrant mother and grandmother telling the stories associated with the traditional southern Italian recipe they were teaching me to make. That food-memory connection was passed down, with birthdays smelling of gnocchi and chocolate cake and summers bringing back memories of gardening with my dad. He still carries a knife in his pocket, ready for picking whatever is ripe and ready to eat whether it’s fruit or vegetables. We especially love eating tomatoes from the vine and feeling the juice run down our faces.

I will never roll out anything without using these rolling guides. They ensure that your dough is the same thickness throughout. Perfect for any baker, no matter how experienced you are. Also loved the sizing of these rings. I had another set of silicone rings on hand, but the largest ring did not give me the thickness I wanted on my rolled out cookies. The yellow ring was absolutely perfect for my sugar cookies! I haven't used any of the other ring sizes yet but had purchased this specifically for cookies I was making for an engagement party. I also liked that the package includes a guide as to what each ring should be used for; helps take the guesswork out when making anything rolled out (crusts, cookies, crackers, etc). The only thing I will note is that on the product description the actual ring measurement is a bit off. My silicone rolling pin was 1-3/4". Based on the measurements in the description, these should have been too big for my roller. I didn't catch that until after I had completed the purchase so ended up buying a 2nd set from a different vendor just in case. The rings fit my silicone roller perfectly, so now I just have to return the 2nd set.

So these are perfect, well built and a great tool. Unfortunately I didn't check the hole size and they didn't fit my rolling pin. Check the size of your pin before ordering.

I bought these to roll cookies for Christmas with the grandkids, I put them on a 2†x 19†rolling pin and they worked perfectly. No issue with getting them on.

The silicone rings are well made, sturdy, and the sizing is clear. It didn't fit the marble roller however, so didn't work for us.

Wanted to make sure that we I roll my cookie dough to the right height. These little guys fit my rolling pin just right. They are stretchy enough to get on the pin but strong enough to not slip when being used. There are 4 sizes to fit different needs. Good value.

Exactly what i ordered. Due to the size of the rings and that theyvare nee it is a bit of a struggle to get them on my rolling pin but i am happy with them.

I prefer the strips guides over these rings. They are too hard to get on and off.
