I got these to use with my MF12s (with the adapter) because the original diffusers kept falling off the flash heads and getting lost. I was a bit skeptical about the sturdiness of these, being held on with just magnets, but I have to say I'm impressed. They stay attached quite firmly while being easy enough to remove, and they produce nice, round catchlights. And the price is great to boot!

I was worried given the complaints about magnetic strength, but pleasantly surprised that it's basically fine... I think what's happening is since the flash only has a narrow metal ring around the rim for the diffuser's 4 permanent magnets, it can be easy to make the diffuser stick to the flash in an unstable way that's off-center by a only few mm, and that's probably what ends up giving the impression of a weak connection that fails easily. It just takes a second but you can feel with your fingers if the edges are centered all around, and it will "snap" into place if pushed right.

This diffuser does soften the light and it's great for the price. I just thought the results would be more dramatic.

The Godox flash works great to add that extra light in low-light situations. As a photographer, I the importance of having the best lighting for images. When you're behind the camera, you don't see how bright a flash can be to those you're photographing. This diffuser helps keep that brightness without being too bright for your clients. It snaps on super easy since it's magnetic and I use it all the time when shooting weddings. If you don't have one, get this one, you'll be glad that you did...and so will your clients!!
