I have worked commercially as a photographer for more than 30 years. I needed an economical trigger to fire my older Speedotron packs. Nothing complicated here. I tried the more expensive Godox infrared system and it was a couple hours of frustration to finally realize it just wasn't going to work. Seems they didn't like the higher trigger voltage required for my packs. I saw these far less expensive radio triggers and thought I would give them a try since I have used other similar style triggers before with success. It was truly plug and play. They work just as expected and less than a fourth of the price even though they are the same brand.

Got this to set up a photo booth for a wedding and it worked great with my soft box and DSLR camera! Pics turned out great!

no matter what I do, I can't figure out how to get this thing to trigger consistently. probably going to return and buy a different one.

Theres quality control stickers all over it but from my experience the receiver wouldnt trigger the flash. The receiver and trigger connect very easily and are simple to use so maybe i just got a bad model or something.
