HOW TO DEAL WITH FOLLOWING SITUATIONS :
1. The flash trigger doesn't work?
Please check if the flash trigger is in bad contact with your camera(Some brands of models are not compatible).Reinstall, clamp hot shoe again.Please press the test button to check if it can trigger correctly.Please check it's instanlled the batteries or not.
2. The receiver can't receive the signal or have no response?
Please check it it's set up the same channel between the transmitter and receiver.
Please check if you take out the transparent plastic on the transmitter.
3. The photo had a black edge when I synced the flash?
This is because the flash is not fully synchronized to cause the black edge of the photo.Please check the setting of the channel.
4. This flash trigger is compatible with Canon,Sony,Nikon Camera?
Universial flash trigger,but please make sure your camera has the standard electrical contacts.Cold shoe camera is not compatible with this trigger.
It's only compatible with Sony cameras which have the MI hot shoe cameras.
5.Trigger won't synchronize with my flash lights?
GODOX CT16 flash trigger doesn't support TTL function.The package comes with 2 adapter (3.5mm/6.35mm) and sync cable,it can compatible with the majority of studio flashes.
6. I only receivered transmitter or receiver?
Please reach us if you miss some accessories.We will help you deal with the problem.

Press the Test Button Before
- Please press the test button before use,the light on the receiver will flash when you press the button.
Take out the Transparent Plastic
- Before use,please take out the transparent plastic.
- After used,insert the transparent plastic back in to save electricity.
Need to Install Batteries(Not included)
- Before use,please install two 1.5V AAA Batteries on the receiver (Not included)

These are very easy to use. They work great with my older studio lights. They just worked and that is what matters to me. The prrice is great for what you get. GODOX doesnt disappoint.

I ordered this receiver in haste. Being proficient in the usage of these I did a test just to see how it worked out and in true godox fashion, everything works very well.Its not what i needed as it isn't brand specific and has no TTL. Thats qood thing for some and bad for others. Bad for me because... No TTL, good for others because thats how its able to be cross compatible with multiple camera brands without issue. The trigger/receiver has a long work distance and will work well on devices that don't sync and talk to each other normally. Allowing a camera from nikon to work with a flash for olympus cameras etc. all in all, a good buy if you need something that just works.

I'm someone who switched to Sony several years ago. I have a lot of Profoto gear that I use professionally but in recent years I've picked up a number of Godox strobes of varying sizes. I like to build a travel kit when I'm out of town and need to travel light for simple portraits to accompany the video work I do.Since I still have speed lights from my previous kits, this little device is great for incorporating those old strobes as back color washes or other environmental light where I don't need to constantly adjust.Works great like all my other Good gear - thumbs up :)
