I used it once and now it will not charge at all. I plug it into the charging cord and the lights will not even go on. I tried to return it but the Amazon site keeps bumping me to "fix it yourself" menu

This battery died before I could use. I have taken some time off of taking photos now I'm trying to use only to find out it doesn't charge.

I turned it on right after opening the package, but it doesn't turn on. When it is charged, it does not show any light. The battery came dead to me.

I received the battery quickly and compared it to the one I received with my AD400 pro. Seemed identical in build and markings, so I'm going to assume it is original. Haven't used it yet, but happy with purchase so far.

I have bought this battery on July 29, 2022. It is no more working! The first one come with flush lasted about an year only. This battery has some issue for sure.

It died too soon. I have used it 3 times only it doesn’t charge anymore.
