This is a great trigger. I'm mostly using it two ways, outdoors for ttl shots with a AD600 pro through a softbox and it performs flawlessly, or shooting interiors.For those that would use it for interior photography, this pro version has a mode where it only uses the single point hotshoe so your colors don't get messed up. You can use any white balance, you can still see the light changes on the back of your camera in real time - I mean this is a huge improvement over past triggers where you'd either have to cover the rest of the pins, or you'd have to buy like a Canon trigger for a Nikon camera. This feature alone made it worth it for me.The settings are pretty easy to figure out. You basically need a magnifying glass to read the instructions but there are plenty of Youtube tutorials to get you used to all the settings and after a couple days it's all pretty easy to navigate.My one tiny gripe is the batteries fit really tightly. Maybe it's just the one I got but I cannot remove the batteries with my fingers alone. I have to get a small screwdriver, knife, etc to pry the batteries back out. So if you find yourself needing to put in new batteries during a shoot, be aware you might need something to pry them out with. But that's a minor gripe.

I always used Godox lights and trigger units. I love the fact that they are all universal. And this unit is no exception. This is the latest version and the buttons feel are much better than the previous version. It feels less plastic and flimsy, more firm and well build. They made a lot of improvements. The wheel in the center is easier to turn and the GUI on the menu are a bit bigger and easier to see. Also the buttons layout are better on this one as well. Overall this is a really great purchase. I'll be using this as my primary trigger, while the previous gen that I have will serve as a back up. The overall size is a bit bigger than first gen but it works well. I also like the the new locking mechanism as well. It is quarter turn lock installing of the spinning base thready. Well done Godox!

I have had 5 different Godox Flashpoint triggers and this is the best one yet. It's laid out much better than the last one I had with the channels on the bottom never really like that. and it does not have so many redundant buttons making it simpler to use. I have only had 2 issues with it fist will not effect most people. I shoot a 5 shot flash bracket set and it misses the last shot frequently but not as bad as the older ones. Second problem is not really a problem unless you don't know how to fix it. And that is when doing an update on a Mac you have to have a usb A to usb-c cable. And there lies the issue Macs have not had usb-a connectors for quite a while. My OWC dock does as soon as I plugged it in that way it showed up in the update software and everything worked. Hope that saves someone several nights of messing with trying to do an update the stupid thing. It should just plug into the side of the computer and work but it doesn't. This is true for all Godox Flashpoint products 3rd gen that update on a Mac.

I have been using godox products for quite some time, have used their X1T, X2T and their previous Pro model, and this by far is the best of the group. It has all their functionality built into it, the bluetooth control from the app, the channel scan, TCM for TTL to manual power settings, and tops it all off with one of the best control interfaces and easy to use and understand menu systems i have used.I teach and mentor newer photogs, and getting them to understand the controls of the older triggers always took a couple of minutes because things didn't always make perfect sense, but all of that is fixed here. I gave it to someone who had never used a godox trigger and themselves they were able to figure out the basic operations needed to use it. This was a huge improvement over older ones, especially the menu systems where things were just laid out and organized better even though the number of options has increased.The battery door seems to have been greatly improved over past ones, a piece of gaffer tape had to help hold on my last pro trigger, but this one is solid with no wiggle or flex.Also a nice improvement is the upgraded focus assist light that has a flip to go from a mirrorless mode to a DSLR so it is useable with more camera systems as well.In all, this is now the top trigger i will recommend for godox users. It has all of their features built in with the ease of use and logical layout of menu and buttons. They really knocked it out of the park here.

The screen was scratched so buyer beware these guys sell B Wares as New. Sent it back out of principle..at lest say it is used, it's all about Customer Expectations. Buying another "New" from B&H same price. But the Device works flawless.

I am a professional photographer, and I have an extensive collection of Godox/flashpoint (adorama) flashes. From shoe mount to AD200pros, ad360II’s, 400 w/s and 600 w/s units.I have also purchased every variety of trigger from the two brands.This is by far the best of them.I have always experienced a few blow outs and missed flashes, on every job.But this version has been stellar!!I have shot at least 7,000 wedding and event photos, with the new trigger, since getting it last month.Not one misfire, or blowout!!!I have actually gotten the most consistent results from this trigger, than from any of the others.I highly recommend this version, assuming that you can use the pro version of the trigger. Which doesn’t have a pass through hotshoe on top, like the non pro versions.Ymmv, but I am extremely pleased.FTR: I use the Nikon version of the triggers and flash units.Great trigger from Godox.

Efficace, robuste, il faut s’y connaître un peu et un peu de manipulation de flash pour s’y faire, mais il fonctionne parfaitement avec les flashs de la marque Godot.

El manual, como de costumbre, viene en chino y en ingles. En la web de Godox no se encuentra en español.Puesto en contacto con Godox me dicen que no existe el manual en español y que busqué en YouTube a ver si hay alguna información en español pero ellos no me lo pueden facilitar.YA ESTà BIEN, el español es un idioma hablado por más de 490.000.000 de personas mientras. Sin embargo, si existe el manual en otros idiomas de menor uso (p.e.: alemán que no llega a 200.000.000)

I've used various different Godox triggers, and this one is easily the best. Not only does it have all the lastest features (Channel ID setting 1-99, 'Quiet' channel scanning etc etc) it also has the nicest menu system and it's best feature: A battery door that actually stays firmly in place (unlike the X2T).
