High temp meat chopper is super handy. It works so quickly - even faster than a spatula - had to see it to believe it myself. Wonder how I got along without it. I know it's just another kitchen tool, but - this one is a keeper in my book!  Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Makes getting hamburger into small pieces easy. For chili I have to have very small meat pieces as well as tacos and this gets the job done. I also found it helpful with cooking meat that is a little frozen as it is easier to get the frozen bits apart then with just a regular spatula.

Apesar de ter a ponta de nylon, o cabo é muito confortável e é um utensÃlio bem prático na cozinha. Ótimo pra quebrar os pedaços de carne moÃda, amassar batatas dum jeito bem rústico e quebrar pedaços de molho de tomate congelado, por exemplo. Ajuda bastante, só não dá pra ele esquecer ele dentro da panela muito quente, pois acho que o nylon derreteria em algum ponto.

Had a hard time convincing my hubby who does most of the cooking that he needed this thing. But I have seen them in so many recipe videos and sure enough, now that we have it, he LOVES IT. Makes short work of crumbling ground meat while you’re cooking it. Much easier and much less mess than trying to hack away at it with a spatula or a spoon.It’s the go-to tool for Taco Tuesday now and spaghetti sauce just got meat in every bite. Great, sturdy tool.
