Lost part of my old one just before cooking Thanksgiving dinner. This was a perfect replacement. Thought it was going to be too big, but the 2 cup size has come in handy. Very nice!

I was contemplating returning but I ended up making bone broth and needed it in a hurry. The separator worked as promised. I will keep and now will order a much larger one to add to my kitchen tools.

Big chip out of the top of the cup. The stopper does not fit in the spout. Junk. Unfortunately packaging was tossed out before i could return it so I’m just out the $$.

How was I never knew such a product existed? A chef friend showed one off in his kitchen and we had to have. Perfectly easy way to separate fat/grease from pan drippings when you want to make gravy or jus!
