This was easy to add to the Google Home app on my phone. At first I couldn’t get it to show up on my wife’s phone, but after a couple more tries it worked. I love that it notifies us when it needs to be charged. The magnetic mount makes it easy to bring it in, charge it, and put it back up on the side of the house. Be sure you charge before it is totally dead; it took a while to finally start charging. Normally it starts charging instantly and notifies us when it is fully charged. Works great!

Product works fine. Google and most other big techs that don't really care about the consumer will do whatever, as long as it helps their bottom line. So, I have some old and newer Nest/Google devices, but depending on how old the device is I have to switch between the NEST app or the GOOGLE app if I want to view my video history. I'm sure GOOGLE is just in the process of phasing out all of the older generation products so we have to buy new stuff. Just food for thought. It's annoying, but nothing you can do. Just take it with a big smile.

One of the cameras I purchased would not connect to the app. I reported it to the seller and got an AI generated general response saying a 3rd party does the warranty or to contact google don’t buy from them they have very little integrity. I only gave 2 stars because some of the cameras worked

The cameras work great but they only sent me one cable to power up the cameras.With two cameras and one power cable, you can't use both. I wrote them to let them know and asked for another cable. No one replied to my email. So the customer support is not there.

The cameras were pretty dirty. I understand that refurbished means previously owned but the cameras were dirty and they didn't tell you that the camera works best at 6.5 feet making it very easy to steal. They sell after market security mounts but they should be include. Also i am testing battery strength now but it appears that at best the camera holds a 50% charge. I would recommend either new or ring. They have great deals and the Google package sucks compared to the nest version. Do not connect account. Stick with nest Google is a money grab.
