This is a pretty fun and reasonably affordable toy if you're looking for something that helps you get used to flying remote-control devices. It is made of foam board, so it is super-lightweight, and, depending on your wind conditions, can either take off from the ground or can be thrown into the air.The light-weight nature cuts both ways, however - if you get a particularly windy day, you risk losing the airplane to those strong winds. It is worth nothing that 1) the front propeller is for decoration and is not intended to move (this could easily be left off or removed without any adverse impacts to the airplane), and 2) the "wheels" included with the airplane are not actually wheels, and don't actually turn or roll. Again, depending on the conditions of the surface and the wind, this can make taking off from the ground a bit more challenging. It would be nice to see it made out of light-weight wood instead of foam - it'd be more environmentally friendly, and I doubt would be any less durable.

For the price, hard to beat the quality. Understand that it is totally styrofoam and two small engines. But it has better signal range and can handle a few mph of wind better than I expected. Great for a kid’s first r/c plane. Mine has crashed it several times and ran it into a storm drain and it has still survived. 🥳

It flys! I was skeptical at first since this was made of styrofoam. However the styrofoam allowed it to fly faster and crash on the ground multiple times without any damage to the plane. It is also fairly easy to use.The boxing is also well put together and looks gorgeous. It is very shiny. It would make a great display if I were to collect it instead of using it
