It is strong and very stable.A total of 3 height adjustments.It is wider than the ‘running board’s’ available for Lexus 450. Fits in the floor of the back seat so it is handy to store and get when you need it.

I’ve gotten lots of use from this step box. It looks really nice and easy to adjust height. I weigh 220 pounds and this supports my weight well even when I am holding 30 or 40 pound dumbbells. I use it at the base of my bench For bench presses because my bench is not the correct height. Too tall. Also good to stand on for bent over rows with Landmine to get a better stretch or wherever I need a step or platform such as my chest supported bent over raw machine.

great step for the price, easy to move around (light) and very sturdy when using for cardio workouts. I love that the risers are stored underneath the step so you don't clutter your space with extra equipment when you're not using. The risers are also very easy to attach/detach.

If you are wondering if it’s sturdy enought to hold the weight … mine does!I used it with weights for a total of approximatively 350-370 lbs almost every day for more than a month and it’s still in perfect shape.
