The LED functions well. Lots of settings from dimming to flashing, easy to use. Highest brightness setting is very good for dim work environments. I use it a lot and the elastic headband does not always stay adjusted where you set it. I believe it is a bit undersized and should give more resistance to slippage. It has also stretched out a little since I started using it. But overall I am pleased with functionality.

I bought these instead of buying replacement straps, since these were about the same price for the headlamps with the straps as it would have been just to replace the straps on my old head lamps. So glad I did, because not only were they inexpensive, they are really bright and work very well! Would buy again in a heartbeat.
