This is the mainstay of my sourdough bread baking! I have purchased two of these now (one pink and one blue, love the color options) and I love this brand and how lightweight this dutch oven is. The color on my bread is amazing, never under cooked and never overcooked. This is easy to wipe clean and can withstand temperatures up to 500 degrees. I am so happy that I chose this brand of dutch oven and highly recommend this!

I was hesitant to buy an aluminum Dutch oven because my only experience was with cast iron ones. Because I was taking delivery in a foreign country and shipping costs are expensive and based on weight I decided to try this one. I have been very satisfied with it. I used it to make cassoulet, which involves long cooking both on the stovetop and in the oven. I couldn’t tell any difference in performance between this Dutch oven and a cast iron one. The only differences I noted were its light weight, which made it much easier to use, especially when putting it in or taking it out of the oven. I was also pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to clean up food that had baked on over hours in the oven. My enamel-coated cast iron would have taken a long time and lots of elbow grease. This one cleaned up in under two minutes and came completely clean with no discoloration. The lid fit well and made a good seal. As other reviews noted the handles and the knob on the lid get hot and require a pot holder. All in all, based on my experience so far I highly recommend this Dutch oven.

Can get very hot on lid and handles while cooking. Love the color and that it’s light weight. Very easy to clean and versatile!

I love my Gotham Steel Dutch Oven! It is so incredibly light weight, and it’s worked awesome for baking my sourdough! I love the colors too. My only complaint is it seems like they stain easily. But for how well it works, I’m buying another!

I just started sourdough bread making and needed a Dutch oven. I didn’t want to spend a ton and this seemed good for the price. It has exceeded my expectations. It’s steel so not heavy like cast iron but does the job. It is non stick and hasn’t shown any sign of burn marks on bottom after a few uses. Really happy with it!

I first saw this Dutch oven on the kohls app for $90. It matches my other kitchen cookware, so I knew it would be perfect. I decided to look on Amazon, and thankfully it was on here, but way cheaper. It is the perfect addition to my kitchen. It’s super easy to clean, very lightweight and true to color. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good easy to clean truly nonstick Dutch oven. I haven’t had it long, but I only use silicone utensils, and I typically cook on medium heat. It’s worth every penny in my opinion

It works wonderfully, is very light weight, and heat safe up to 500 degrees. But. Anything oily on your oven mitts will stain it. I tried dawn dish soap, vinegar and baking soda with a tooth brush, a magic eraser. Nothing will get the marks off.

Muy buena olla hasta el momento no se le pega nada despues de 3 meses y es mucho mas facil de limpiar que otras con recubrimiento antiadherentes de su mismo precio, realmente no se le pega nada, el recubrimiento exterior tambien es de muy buena calidad y tampoco se ha adherido nada.El unico defecto de diseño son las agarraderas de la olla y la tapa pues se calientan bastante.La tapa no sella correctamente cotra la olla y se escape also del vapor a traves de la orilla de la olla.Tampoco se ha deformado, he hervido, freido y asado.

Me encantó la olla, no se pegan los alimentos, se cocinan muy bien y fácil de lavar. No es pesada. Excelente opción.
