It took several attempts to find the 'right' parts for my RC10GTe conversion.I went into this conversion with absolutely NO CLUE about what to buy and how to set it all up. I bought a couple ESC/motor combos that were junk out of the box or were not appropriate for my goals with the truck.So, I started looking for a standalone ESC, and came across this unit. I found that it was better built than other ESCs I had used, and the fan is powerful and quieter, too. It was critical that it supported 3s batteries, too. It plays nice with a 3300Kv 3660 brushless motor.I liked that this ESC came with shrink tube to identify the wires after you set it up as well as double sided tape to mount it. The throttle pairing/calibration is quick and easy. I can't speak to the longevity and durability of this unit, it has only an hour of use on it at the moment.

Runs 3s t Dean connector batteries very well it was a nice upgrade from what my truck had it fan is decent once your running it the noise isn't a factor any how. Overall it's a decent esc yet I don't know that it was the best value out there.

The ESC works well so far with 3s. The product does not say it but you will need a beefy battery if your going to operate a beefy motor, or else your BEC will brownout and your receiver loses power but the ESC and still on, resulting in a runaway which is super dangerous. Ask me how I knew.

super high quality feel and VERY quiet. its smooth and fast on 3s. Touch of a delay in throttle response but its sensorless and costs 30 bucks so i think that's more than justifiable. turned my granite in to a wheelie BEAST on my spectrum firma 4000kv. just be careful if your going reverse then get on throttle it doesn't brke, it switches direction and will shred gears i now need a new spur gear. overall very good and more that worth the money.UPDATE- On like my 5th pack (first of the day) the thing just cuts out five minutes into the run. It does this on 2s and 3s so I don’t know what’s happening. Maybe defective, but is only good till it stops working in a few days.

Great ESC runs for a long time without overheating. I ran two 2s 5500mh batteries on a 4900 KV motor and the ESC was barely warm to touch and the ESC is programmable just thought I was looking for.

Using a 3660 motor and it works great, no delay like the other review said (I bet that they had an issue with their radio controller) and it works as expected. The fan is much quieter than other cheap brushless ESCs that I have had, and it is made surprising well, the majority of the ESC is made of a aluminum heat sink and it feels really solid. 10/10 for me!

Works good, BUT reverse is TERRIBLE..just rebuild a transmission for my drag slash and destroyed it withing 15 seconds...😒😔 no programming card with it or any instructions on programming it either. Comes stock with Forward, Brake, Reverse but be careful if you press the brake twice it immediately goes into reverse and will destroy your gears!!!
