Got these specifically because of the app connection. After testing alarm is really lound and i get an instant email telling me there is water pressent. Have these mounted under each sink, behind the fridge, washing machine, and dish washer. Great addition to our smart home.

This is a fabulous product, but I was not able to connect to my phone to notify me when away from the house. It would definitely sound w/o phone connection, but not what I needed.

I saw a tik tok about a couple who went out to dinner and in 2 hrs, a busted washer line caused 2 inches of water that quick in the house. So I said, nope, not today Satan, and bought them for select areas that don't have steel mesh lines. It was a pain to get set up. Once I figured it out, it's been great. I have the app so I always know which one goes off if it ever happens. Screw u State Farm. I did my part.

So easy to set up, and provided peace of mind. When I was out on vacation, my fishtank sprang a leak and destroyed my floors. Lesson learn. Now i have these sensors keeping an eye on my house while I am away.If any leaks are detected, it will alert me immediately. Life safer!

It works really well, I just wish the alert was more pronounced. I wish it could alert all my alexa devices.

This product may work good but I don't know for sure because it's very complicated to set up. I ended up returning it for a leak detector that works on batteries.
