I have the whole ecosystem ... 6 sensors, siren smart hub, water shut off valve, door open sensor! Any other brand would be double of triple the cost for the water leak sensors, and they use lower quality wifi. Yo-Link uses Silicon Valley Lo-Ra wifi that does not interfere with other wireless products in your home, and it has a super long range ... say if you want to monitor leak detection in your back yard or a guest house, etc.

Got this sensor to go with the started pack I purchased for our condo since some of the other owners in the building have had some water leaks they didn't catch quickly and resulted in a good bit of damage and needed one more to cover all water leak areas. Hooked the hub via the ethernet cable so everything was an easy plug and play install.For setup to work smoothly, you really need to download the app, setup your hub and register your account with YoLink so you can complete all your account information since things like text messages, alerts, etc. will need your phone number and email address.Tech support could have been better when I called with a setup question so that took me a little time to decipher what I was told, so a little more information/clarification on their end would have been nice and saved me some time. But once I figured out what was needed, the setup and testing underway, was really impressed at what these tiny little things can do. Critical alerts, text messages, email notifications, voice notifications from Alexa, so no way you could miss getting notified if a problem comes up. Nice to be able to not be home and get notified that there's an issue so it can be taken care of before serious water damage takes place. Batteries (2 AAA) are said to last for 2 years so no worries about them going out quickly. Lots of great features and well worth the cost. Totally recommend.

These work great. Put them in my encapsulated crawl space. I can keep track of temp, humidity, and now any small leaks.

Great product! Particularly like the contact sensors on the top as well as the bottom to get leaks from above as well as puddling below. Super simple app and installation. I’ve tested with water and they work great. Better than my previous units from another manufacturer.

This is a well constructed device that really works. I tested each device on a small leak and the response was very fast via the apps. The battery last 5 years. My only issue is the battery aren't replaceable. I purchase 4 device with network base for $60. The Apps is good with lots of notifications options.I strongly recommend this device.

I own close to 60 Yolink devices throughout my 2 vacation homes and I have to say they are the best investment I have made. These sensors have saved my houses from potential flood disasters on 3 occasions. On all 3 cases the main water valve and water pump were immediately shut off, thus saving my houses from a major flood.

I have a dozen or so YoLink LoRa products. I designed the RF protocol in Lutron's Cassetta products and I've. spoken to the engineers at YoLink and their system is system. The communication to the devices is SUPER RELIABLE -- much better than wifi (longer wavelength, among other things, equals better penetration through walls). Their products are very reliable and their customer support is EXCELLENT. They respond quickly and they actually know what they are talking about at a technical level.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOLINK PRODUCTS.They are also very reasonably priced. You have to buy the separate hub, which is an added expense, and if you only want one YoLink device makes it pricey. But once you have the hub, the additional devices are inexpensive. I use their door sensors, door locks, motion detectors and this leak detector I use as a rain detector (it's just sitting outside on a horizontal surface).It is very sensitive. Just a drop or two can set it off. It says it's raining and I go outside and think, "it's not raining" but then I wait a 10 seconds and "oh wait, I felt a drop." that's how sensitive it is. Very easy to set up -- just scan the code.

Ayant une pompe de puisard qui fonctionne très souvent, j’ai besoin d’un avertissement si cette dernière ne fonctionne pas. L’avertisseur m’avise instantanément lorsque qu’il est en contact avec l’eau.

A must have !! Purchased multiple devices. Within months my waterheater heater tank ( 8 yrs old had a leak); replaced water-heater tank; same day got a warning notification. Bottom line saved thousands in potential water damage

It was pretty easy to get connected, but the app is extremely confusing. I still haven't figured out how to arm and disarm the door sensors.
