My father is getting on in age and likes to go on community hikes. I want him to continue being active and social but mobility is starting to be an issue. He is not ready to be sidelined by a walker and so this was our solution. This helps stabilize him while walking on uneven territory as well as to excersize his arms and legs. Fellow hikers are now more comfortable with him attending the events and he feels more capable of completing them with the group. They are light weight with different attachments for different terrain. They are telescopic so they are customizable for height. They have wrist band attachment to help secure them. I then purchased myself a set to help me up steaper hills when I walk. I love them. Physical ability to use them should always be considered as these are not a mobility option for those with more severe mobility issues. They do however work for my 80 something father for the moment. It has been a great way to keep him active and help him be safer when doing so. I feel like the price was excellent for the product and it has held up with use. The grips are molded for comfort which is nice. They also fit nicely into our umbrella holder by the door for quick access and come with a carrying bag if desired. No picture in the moment as they are in use.

These work great for balance as I have tremors and Osteoporosis. Heart surgery twice in 18 months left my core muscles weak. I have fused dis and the tremors causes headaches. So now I am in physical therapy to regain my strength and walk two miles at least three times a week. Gaining muscle town on a heart healthy diet to gain muscle strength! Love the light weight. The feet for gravel works well! These trekking poles were exactly what I need for balance. Like the blue! Affordable and easy to use. I have a bumpy walkway and tripped but with the poles I didn’t stumble nor fall! Perfect! Just what I needed to rebuild core muscles.

Very nice and sturdy. Better instructions on setting the height would be nice . Other than that they are well worth the purchase price.

Saved my life this past weekend. Took a pretty nasty fall but if it wasn't for these to help my landing I wouldve really hurt something more serious. Got these on a lightning deal. Definitely worth it. Love the different feet options. Idk what they are called but anyways. Good grasp for the handles and I like that they have the little wrist wrap too. Great brand for the buck!

Absolutely love these sticks! Purchased them to fold into my suitcase when I travel to Canada. Tried them out beforehand and they are amazing. Love the bag and accessories as well! Would definitely refer and recommend
